By submitting this application, you agree to the following: Event Rules & Conduct All participants agree to follow the guidelines and rules set forth by The Rivet and the Maker Faire organizing team. This includes, but is not limited to, safety regulations, setup and teardown procedures, and respectful conduct toward all attendees, staff, and fellow participants. Liability The applicant agrees to release and hold harmless The Rivet, Discovery Space of Central PA, Axemann Brewery, and all affiliated staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the event. Communication & Next Steps Accepted applicants will receive additional details regarding load-in instructions, booth setup, promotional expectations, and other important event logistics prior to the event date. Right to Refuse Participation The Maker Faire team reserves the right to decline any application or to remove any participant from the event at any time if their conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, or if they fail to comply with event policies.
