      These questions help us understand the scope and specific needs of your exhibit, performance, workshop or demo at the Maker Faire.
      Do you have a hands-on activity or interactive exhibit for Maker Faire attendees?*
      Hands-on activities are encouraged at Maker Faire! If your exhibit is not hands-on, please consider what you could do to engage and inspire attendees.
      Location Preference*
      While we will make every effort to accomodate your preference, indoor space is limited.
      For outdoor exhibits, please mark all options that could work for you.
      Space Size*
      Please enter a number from 0 to 999.
      Please include set up drawings if available. Special requests are not guaranteed by acceptance. You will receive confirmation in advance of the Faire.
      Will you be giving away, selling, or sampling food (packaged or unpackaged) at Maker Faire?*

      Electrical requirements*
      To ensure you have adequate power onsite, it’s essential we know in advance the specific amount you need. To find the total amperage you require, find the amperage listed on the back of each piece of equipment you plan to use onsite. Then, add up the amps and round up to the closest amperage below. Please check your equipment, and don’t guess.

      Public Safety + Waste Concerns

      Does your exhibit make use of fire, chemicals, or other dangerous materials or tools (propane, welders, etc)?*
      Do you have an interactive exhibit involving using tools of any kind, riding (bikes, go carts, swings, etc), climbing, etc?*
      If your exhibit, talk, or demo involves anything that could pose a safety risk (e.g., sharp tools, heat, chemicals, etc.), please describe the safety plan you’ll follow and upload it here.

      Waste is anything you expect to dispose of during setup, showtime or load out at Maker Faire, such as recyclables, compostables, garbage, reuseable/donatable items, and water.
